They agreed to fix all the repair items with a licensed contractor. YEA! I think we have a house. Now, to just get it cleaned and carpets shampooed before we move it.

Bonnie is actually buying us a cleaning as our house warming gift. Whatever is left after that we will be doing over the weekend/moving days. We would love help moving in a setting up. I think you guys have reserved that weekend over the 4th and the 5th? It's just timing at this point. Getting the carpets cleaned, and the cleaning people in, and getting all that done in time to get our furniture in on dry carpets. I will never move again until I have to go to assisted living. ARGH... What a stressful time.
Oh and we need to buy a washer and dryer. We need also to buy a bunch of couches and chairs for downstairs that match (of course). Also need a refrigerator and freezer for the garage. Is KSL the way to go? Love you all so much and thanks for any help.
